BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

  • 250ml (8 fl oz) semi-skimmed milk
  • ½ large banana
  • ½ large mango
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Procedure:

  • Blend together all the ingredients with a couple of ice cube for a silky, satisfying smoothie.
  • To serve decorate with a slice of mango.

Makes 300ml (10 fl oz)
