Cocoa Roasted Almonds


  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 275.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almonds and honey.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the cocoa powder and sea salt.
  4. Gradually add the cocoa powder mixture to the almonds and stir until the almonds are well coated.
  5. Bake at 275 for about 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes or so to prevent burning.
  6. Let cool for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
