Crunchy Sardines Roll Recipes


  • 2 Sardines
  • Bread Crumbs
  • ½ cup Flour
  • Egg
  • Oil
  • 1 tsp. Salt, Pepper and Seasoning powder
  • Onion
  • Garlic


  1. Removed the fish sardines from the sauce and set aside.
  2. Chopped the garlic and onion. And salt, pepper and seasoning.
  3. Add the flour then mix the sardines well.
  4. Mold it like a roll and set aside.
  5. Dip into flour, egg and bread crumbs. Set aside
  6. Heat the oil and fry the breaded sardines roll until golden crispy.
  7. Served with spicy vinegar and Enjoy!
