Easy and Moist Chocolate Crinkles


  •  1 cup firmly packed Brown sugar
  •  2 Large eggs
  • 1/8 cup Vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup Melted Chocolate
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup Cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • Coating:
  • 1 cup Granulated White sugar
  • 1 cup Confectioners Powdered Sugar


  1. Pre heat the oven at 175C
  2. In a mixing bowl pour dry ingredients, mix until combined.
  3. In another mixing bowl pour brown sugar, egg, soften chocolate and oil. Mix well
  4. Then combined the dry ingredients and wet ingredients.
  5. Using spatula mix until combined.
  6. Scoop 1 tablespoon of batter, roll in white sugar and powdered sugar.
  7. Place in a baking try lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake at pre heated oven at 175c for 12-15mins.
  9. Let them cool for a few minutes.
  10. Place them on a wire rock to cool completely
  11. Serve and Enjoy!!!

Note: This crinkles recipe no need to chill.
