
Ingredients:
- 2 cups pure coconut milk
- 2 cups of Kakang – gata
- 1 cup Malunggay
- 20 php. Kalabasa slice diced
- 10 php. sitaw
- 1/2 Kilo Shrimp
- 2 onion slice diced
- 3 cloves garlic, slice diced
- 2 tbsp. Salt and 1tsp. Pepper to taste
- Chili pepper(optional)
Instructions:
- Put into a pan the shrimps, onions, garlic, sitaw and kalabasa, salt and pepper and the kakang – gata. Cook until softened.
- Add the malunggay and the pure coconut milk and chili peppers. Bring to a simmer. Lower heat and continue to cook for about 5 to 10 minutes or until cook and creamy sauce and serve.
