Ginataang Hipon with Malunggay at Sitaw at Kalabasa

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pure coconut milk
  • 2 cups of Kakang – gata
  • 1 cup Malunggay
  • 20 php. Kalabasa slice diced
  • 10 php. sitaw
  • 1/2 Kilo Shrimp
  • 2 onion slice diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, slice diced
  • 2 tbsp. Salt and  1tsp. Pepper to taste
  • Chili pepper(optional)

Instructions:

  1. Put into a pan the shrimps, onions, garlic, sitaw and kalabasa, salt and pepper and the kakang – gata. Cook until softened.
  2. Add the malunggay and the pure coconut milk and chili peppers. Bring to a simmer. Lower heat and continue to cook for about 5 to 10 minutes or until cook and creamy sauce and serve.
