Ginisang Sayote Recipe

 

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs sayote ( julienne cut)
  • 1 pc small carrot ( julienne cut)
  • 2 pcs. tomato
  • 1 pc onion (slice)
  • 4 cloves garlic ( chopped
  • 150grams ground pork
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp seasoning granules
  • Oil for saute

Instructions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Saute the garlic in a heated pan with oil.
  3. Add the sliced onion and stir.
  4. Add ground pork and stir it well until the pork is cooked.
  5. Add the tomato and stir.
  6. Add the sayote and stir well.
  7. Seasoned with salt, pepper and seasoning granules.
  8. Add the carrot then stir and cover for 3 minutes.
  9. Remove the cover and stir it well until the vegetable is well cooked.
  10. Served with white rice. Enjoy
