- 1 lb. white shrimp
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. canola oil
- 2 tbsp. lemongrass paste
- 1tbsp. minced garlic
- Mix salt and lemongrass paste then rub over shrimp.
- Heat oil a little over medium.
- Sauté garlic.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Turn off heat, plate, and serve with white rice.
