- 2 pork tenderloins (about 1 lb each)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, water and orange marmalade. Place the pork tenderloins in a baking dish (I used a 13×9). Pour marinade over pork.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven, uncovered, for about 45-55 minutes. Use a baster to add juices about halfway through cooking. Slice and serve.
