- ¼ cup bread crumbs
- 12 pcs Tiger Shrimps/Big
- ½ cup butter
- 1 tbsp Chopped Parsley
- 1 tbsp Chopped Basil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 wedge of lemon
- Cheese for toppings
- Clean and Deveined the Shrimps. Cut into Middle like a butterfly cut. Set aside
- In a clean bowl mix the butter, salt, pepper, parsley, basil, breadcrumbs and lemon. Mix until creamy texture.
- Put it in butterfly shrimps then add shredded cheese on top.
- Bake in Oven for 10 minutes at 220 Degree F temperature.
- Served while hot. Enjoy
