
Ingredients:
- 1 kilo Chicken
- 1 ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- ½ cup Vinegar
- 3 tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tbsp. Salt and 1 tsp. Pepper
- Garlic
- Onion
- Seasoning Powder
- Chili (optional)
- Boiled egg (optional)
- Oil
Procedures:
- Wash and Cut the Chicken. Set aside.
- Cut the onion and garlic.
- Sauté the Garlic and Onion let the garlic burn just a little bit to add more flavor.
- Add the Chicken and stir well.
- Add the Soy Sauce, water and vinegar. Cover and Let it boil.
- Stir well and wait to cook.
- Serve with White Rice or Garlic Rice. Enjoy
