
Ingredients:
- Pork Legs/Pata
- 1 cup Vinegar
- 3 tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tbsp. Salt and 1 tsp. Pepper
- Chili
- Bay Leaf
- Onion
- Garlic
- Banana Shoots/Flower
- 2 cups of Water
Procedures:
- Wash the Pork Legs and Set Aside
- Prepare and cut the ingredients.
- In a medium pot boil the pork legs together with onion, garlic, water, vinegar, bay leaf.
- Let it boil for 45 minutes. Stir well and cook.
- Serve with rice. Enjoy
