
Ingredients
- 3 pcs Potato ( carefully wash and cut 1 inch thickness)
- 1½ pack of crispy Fry breading mix
- 1 small can of evaporated milk
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare all the ingredients.
- Cut the potato then dip into evaporated milk for a minute .
- Dredge into Crispy Fry Breading Mix and Fry into heated oil until golden brown.
- Removed excess oil by using strainer or tissue paper.
- Served with ketchup or any dipping sauce you like. Enjoy
