
Ingredients:
- ½ whole slice of Kalabasa
- 1 cup of Powder milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 cups of Flour
- 2 pcs. Eggs
- 1 cup of Breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
- Water to boiled the kalabasa
Procedures:
- In the pot boil the kalabasa until soft. Then smash it until refine.
- Add the sugar into mash kalabasa and mix well.
- Add the flour and powder milk then mix well until become dough.
- Beat the eggs and set aside.
- Get some kalabasa dough and make it donut shape.
- Dip the donut into beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
- Fry the kalabasa donut until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve the healthy kalabasa dunot.
