Kakaibang Pwedeng Gawing Negosyo Pasta Crispy Crackers



  • 200g Macaroni Pasta
  • 2 Liter Water
  • Salt
  • 1/3 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • Cooking Oil, for frying
  • Cheese Powder


  1. Cook macaroni according to package instruction. Add salt to 2 liters of water and bring to a boil.  Add macaroni to boiling water.  Cook for 10 minutes until al dente.  Drain water and wash cooked macaroni over cold or tap water.
  2. In a container combine all-purpose flour and cornstarch. Mix well.  Gradually add cooked macaroni and shake.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Dip barbeque stick into the oil when it bubbles it’s ready for frying. Fry macaroni until golden brown.  Then drain oil in paper tissue.  Let it cool.  Put fried macaroni in a container.  Add cheese powder, cover and shake to distribute cheese flavoring.
