STEAM TORTANG TALONG OVERLOAD

Ingredients

  • 4 pcs large eggplant
  • 4 pcs. hotdog
  • ¼ kilo cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1 pc carrot, finely chopped
  • 4 pcs large egg
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bundle chopped spring onion
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 5 tbsp all purpose flour
  • ½ tsp. Seasoning, salt and ground pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp. Oil

Instructions

  1. Grill the Eggplant
  2. Let it cool before peeling it off.
  3. In a bowl combine all ingredients, mix well
  4. Add salt seasoning and ground pepper. Mix well until combined
  5. Add the all-purpose flour, mix and set aside.
  6. Brush the molder first with oil before putting the grilled eggplant.
  7. Pour the vegetable mixture on the top of eggplant.
  8. Then add a slice of hotdog for toppings.
  9. Steam for 10-12mins.In medium flame setting.
  10. Let it cool and serve with ketchup.
