Sundried Tomato and Red Egg Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 kg chicken liver,chopped
  • 3 red eggs, chopped
  • 300g can diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 sliced sundried tomato
  • pepper and sugar to taste
  • 400g cooked pasta noodles
  • 1/4 cup sliced leeks

Procedure:

  1. Heat olive oil.Saute garlic and onion until translucent and fragrant.
  2. Add chicken liver and red eggs. Cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Pour in canned diced tomato and water. Stir in sundried tomato
  4. Season with pepper and sugar
  5. Top pasta with the prepared sauce. Garnish with leeks before serving.

Note:

Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Servings: 4-6 person
