- 2-3 lbs of shrimp
- 5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp banana ketchup
- 1 1/2 sriracha
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 medium onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, sliced
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- In a big wok, melt the butter. Saute the garlic and onions and ginger.
- Add oyster sauce, ketchup, sriracha and brown sugar.
- When the sauce is mixed thoroughly, add the shrimp.
- Cook for another 10 minutes.
